San Francisco is the most expensive property market in the nation.  What impact does this compression of the market have on homelessness?  What responsibility do developers and investors have to help fix the problem?

In recognition of Homeless Awareness Month, Community Housing Partnership is holding its 3rd annual symposium. Our distinguished panel will examine how effective city policies are in accelerating the supply of affordable housing, and how important social responsibility is to developers and investors.

The symposium will explore how developers might be incentivized to participate in building more affordable and supportive housing to help alleviate the homelessness in our city.
