Project Homeless Connect excels in connecting the most vulnerable San Franciscans to vital resources throughout the city. At our one-stop shop events and in our office every day, we link participants to difficult-to-obtain services including medical, dental and vision care, and employment assistance.
This month, help guide clients through accessing services at Project Homeless Connect’s recurring service event.

SF Marin Food Bank collects thousands of pounds of food from local growers, businesses, and other places throughout San Francisco and distributes the fresh food to people in need.

In a society that increasingly separates the generations, Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly brings them together, offering a life-enriching experience to young and old alike. Our mission is to reduce isolation among San Franciscans who live alone and who are either disabled or over 65 through outreach, advocacy and companionship.
This month, help package gifts, make cards, and decorate bags for the isolated elderly.

Glide is a community organization that provides meals, healthcare, and other supportive services to people in need.
Glide’s Daily Free Meals Program serves up to 2,400 meals per day to our community. Volunteers assist with everything from serving food, to bussing tables, to handing out silverware and condiments. Please wear comfortable shoes as you’ll be standing and serving.

Golden Gate Audubon is dedicated to protecting Bay Area birds, other wildlife, and their natural habitats. We conserve and restore wildlife habitats, connect people of all ages and backgrounds with the natural world, and educate and engage Bay Area residents in the protection of our shared, local environment.
This month, spend a fun day outdoors with a team counting individual birds and species, and contributing to our understanding of bird populations. Both beginners and experienced birders welcome. Then gather with all the other participants to share results at a warm, festive Compilation Dinner.
