We pride ourselves on building a diverse team of passionate individuals, many of whom have lived experience with housing insecurity. Our staff members bring a wide variety of experience and a commitment to our mission-driven work. As an organization, we are committed to learning from the insight and talents of our residents who have experienced homelessness, and hire extensively from the community we serve. 

Each of our 150+ dedicated staff members within 18 buildings and administrative offices across San Francisco play a critical role in keeping our doors open and programs running. Working together as one collective team, we advocate, we build community, and we create opportunity – to pave the way for a brighter future for the city we love.
